For over 15 years in marketing, e-commerce, and the pet health industry – spending nearly 15 of those years in CEO roles. I spent four years as Head of Digital Marketing & Business Development for pet insurer Petplan Germany (later acquired by an industry leader), expanded video platform tier.TV with Seven.One Media (ProSieben), and built proprietary pet owner communities reaching 120,000 active members.

Since 2022, I have been building directly with generative AI systems. With VetaSense, we developed a proactive AI health companion in-house, automated the internationalization of an online store across 7 languages, and operated one of the largest German-speaking AI communities.

Across every company, I experienced the same reality: the most advanced software tools are useless if nobody understands which specific operational problem they are meant to solve. AI creates immense leverage – provided you know where to apply it and where to set boundaries. Most executives do not need an agency retainer or another SaaS subscription. They need a peer who speaks their language and gives candid advice.

I operate as an independent advisor with a network of specialized implementation partners. I advise and enable your leadership; my partners execute technical integrations. No vendor lock-in, no agency overhead. What I recommend comes from direct hands-on building and rigorous testing. If an initiative makes no sense, I tell you directly – even if it means less billable work.
